Lessons In bliss yoga
Group lessons in our studio are held with a maximum of 15 clients plus the instructor.
During the lesson, the instructor focuses solely on you, your needs, and any limitations you may have. The lessons are ideal for those who want to work on themselves systematically, get to know their body, and learn proper movement and breathing techniques.
Suitable for families, couples, friends, and coworkers. Lessons for 2 to 7 clients.
The lesson is led by a teacher studying the concept of Iyengar yoga who is preparing for exams. The instructor leads lessons for beginners.
Class taught by a certified Iyengar Yoga L2 instructor or an instructor preparing for the L2 exam.
This is a type of exercise using suspension straps. Suspension training allows you to become more aware of your body and its position in space, while the straps provide the missing stability, extension, alignment, and direction of movement in the position.
It’s never too late to start yoga; you can begin at any time.
The lesson is conducted at a slow pace and with a small number of participants. Suspension ropes – Yoga Kurunta, rollers, and balls are used to relax the fascia and muscles. The lesson is led by a physical therapist.

Yogalates is a form of exercise that combines the principles of yoga and Pilates into one harmonious practice.
The Pilates method was developed and refined in the early 20th century by J. Pilates. It is a method of physical exercise that adheres to six principles: concentration, controlled movement, movement originating from the center of the body, fluidity of movement, precision of movement, and breathing. The lessons are suitable for both beginners and advanced exercisers.
