Hello, friends! I’m Norhan, a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher with additional training in neuro-somatic approaches to movement. My own journey with yoga began as a way to ground myself through big life changes, and it grew into a practice I now love to share.
In my classes, you can expect a balance of breath-to-breath Vinyasa flow and somatic-inspired movement dynamic enough to build strength and heat, yet gentle enough to restore and reconnect. I believe yoga is for every body, and I aim to create a space where you can move, pause, and leave feeling both lighter and stronger.
