Physical therapy
In my practice, I focus on the person as a whole. I don’t see pain or discomfort as an isolated problem, but as part of a broader context – lifestyle, movement habits, mental stress, and overall body balance. I try to understand the causes of the problems and choose a therapy that is effective and sustainable in the long term.
I am a trained physiotherapist and certified Iyengar yoga instructor. These two disciplines are intertwined in my work. Physiotherapy allows me to better diagnose and work with musculoskeletal disorders, while yoga helps me develop the ability to consciously perceive the body, its limits, and its reactions to stress.
I strive to relieve my clients of acute and chronic pain and accompany them through their recovery after injuries or surgeries.
In recent years, I have specialized in women’s health physiotherapy. I deal with problems related to the menstrual cycle, incontinence, functional infertility, the period before and after childbirth, premenopause, and menopause.
My goal is to support your body in its natural function, restore balance, and help you feel strong, stable, and light in your body.

Children's Ergotherapy
Children’s occupational therapy supports the development of fine and gross motor skills, coordination, concentration, and self-care skills. At our studio, we offer individual lessons tailored to the needs of each child, as well as group lessons called “Let’s Move Together,” where children develop movement and cooperation skills and learn new skills in a fun way.

Feldenkrais Method
The Feldenkrais Method is a system of somatic (body) education that helps improve body function, release tension, and increase freedom of movement. Through gentle, conscious movements, it promotes body mobility, coordination, and balance. The goal is to rewrite ineffective movement habits that cause us pain or fatigue and replace them with smoother and easier movements. You will replace old movement habits with new ones and improve your movement functions in everyday life. Feldenkrais exercises induce a feeling of relaxation and lightness. The method is suitable for pain, incorrect body strain, functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and psychosomatic problems. It helps with recovery after injuries and increases everyday mobility.
Group lessons are led verbally. Everyone performs the movements according to their abilities. Therefore, the lessons are suitable for a wide range of people regardless of age or level of motor skills. It offers clients not only physical activity, but also mental reflection on their own movement habits. I lead the lessons in such a way that everyone feels supported in their personal search for optimal movement.
I completed the internationally accredited four-year Feldenkrais Method training in Heidelberg, Germany. I am a certified Feldenkrais Method practitioner and teach group and individual lessons. I regularly continue my education both domestically and abroad. The Feldenkrais Method is the basis of my lifestyle, helping me to live healthily, happily, and in balance with myself.
