Hi! I'm

Pavla Procházková
After a career in banking, human resources, and time devoted to my family, I was looking for a new challenge. When I learned about the Feldenkrais® Method, I was immediately excited by its wide range of applications and the fascinating findings and theories behind it. I like that the method respects each client's movement capabilities and gently awakens and deepens their awareness of their own body and the joy of movement. I studied the Feldenkrais® Method in Heidelberg, Germany. In 2018, I obtained a license to teach group lessons called Awareness Through Movement® (ATM). Since then, I have been teaching adults of all ages and teenagers. In 2020, I completed four years of training and became certified to teach individual lessons called "Functional Integration." I offer lessons in Czech, English, and German.
My lessons:
MONDAY
Feldenkrais Method 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Private and individual lessons by arrangement at tereza@blissyoga.cz
Group lessons
The Feldenkrais® Method offers group exercises that are suitable for people of all ages. It increases mobility, coordination, and body function. It creates a feeling of lightness in movement. It allows you to better perceive your body and expand your movement possibilities, whether they have been limited by a sedentary job, past injuries, or old habits. Everyone can perform and explore the exercises according to their own abilities. The lesson is open to people who have no experience with physical exercise instruction, as well as people with chronic pain or people who want to increase the effectiveness of their movements when doing other types of sports.
Individual lessons
The lesson takes place mainly lying down on a massage table and is tailored to the individual needs of the client. I gently move your body and examine your movement patterns and habits. The movements and touches allow you to perceive your body and seek new, functional possibilities.
