Yogalates
Yogalates is a form of exercise that combines the principles of yoga and Pilates into one harmonious practice. It offers deep muscle strengthening, flexibility and balance development, as we know from Pilates, while also utilizing breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindful movement inspired by yoga. This approach was created in 1997 by Australian instructor Louise Solomon. Thanks to its gentleness on the body, Yogalates is suitable for people of all ages.
