These words sum up what I enjoy about yoga. It is not just physical exercise, but it teaches us to be more aware of ourselves and our surroundings. Of all the different styles of yoga, Iyengar yoga appeals to me the most, as it shows me how to perform asanas correctly and what their essence is. Iyengar yoga is a continuous learning process, full of curiosity about where this journey will take me.

My classes are designed for students who are new to Iyengar yoga or want to consolidate its principles. Students learn the basic execution of poses and the names of them. By attending classes regularly, students learn to be mindful of their own bodies, which helps them progress to more advanced poses.
