Hello, friends! I’m Norhan, a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher with additional training in neuro-somatic approaches to movement. My own journey with yoga began as a way to ground myself through big life changes, and it grew into a practice I now love to share. In my classes, you can expect a balance of breath-to-breath Vinyasa flow and somatic-inspired movement dynamic enough to build strength and heat, yet gentle enough to restore and reconnect. I believe yoga is for every body, and I aim to create a space where you can move, pause, and leave feeling both lighter and stronger.

Vinyasa Flow is an energizing practice that combines movement and breath in a smooth sequence. In this class, you’ll explore postures that both stretch and strengthen the body, while keeping a steady rhythm that makes you feel active and focused. The class is suitable for all levels beginners will find clear guidance and modifications, while more experienced practitioners can explore deeper variations.
