Traditional Hatha Yoga
We touch the practical and the philosophical aspects of yoga as a whole. Based on Hatha yoga Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathing), we work with some principles like, relaxation of body and mind, intent, the art of rooting, the center of gravity, aligning, breathing, elongating, and with some philosophical traditional ideas like non-harming and the subtle body.
Lessons are emphasizing accuracy, understanding, meaning, reason and tenderness, building a stable link between body and mind, where we can experience ourselves as whole.
