Hi! I'm

"Iyengar yoga is a very genuine encounter with oneself – I first heard this credo from one of my teachers, Leszek Mioduchowski. It accurately captures what attracted me to the system. I first encountered Iyengar yoga more than a quarter of a century ago, when Sharrat Arora, a long-time assistant to master B.K.S. Iyengar, came to the Czech Republic. I was thrilled by the precision of the exercises, and I immediately took the opportunity to enroll in a course organized here by German instructors, and yoga became my profession. Because I also work as a massage therapist, my approach to students is influenced by this profession, and is as individualized as possible, more creative than orthodox. I am increasingly inspired by other systems that also emphasize understanding the physical laws of the gross material body as a path to knowledge of oneself and the world.
